Follow up to report MBEK-CZBT73.
Sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles at 200 ppm quats.
Proper thawing procedures are in place. It was stated that broth is thawed in the upright cooler overnight, then reheated and hot held (on stove) the next day. Note: No broth was observed thawing at room temperature. Coolers and freezer were checked, and no thawed/thawing broth was observed at the time of inspection.
Food is protected from potential contamination. No chewed packaging observed. All dry food product in dry storage area stored in rigid containers with fitted lids.
Areas with droppings noted on previous report have been cleaned.
Holes identified during the last inspection have been sealed.
