Observation: The following areas are affected by a build-up of food and or grease deposits: Floor / corners under 3 compartment sink and dishwasher, floor corners under stairwell, floor corners under dry storage shelves and around ice machine, and front kitchen line on floor along front service area counter.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.
Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine) after cleaning.

premise. Rodent pest control to utilize mechanical traps.
- Customer complaint received, regarding high levels of fruit fly activity within customer seating area. Discussed complaint with manager. Premise has begun using Kay Beverage Tower Drain Cleaner product on plumbing drains and around waste stations. According to management, fly activity has been greatly reduced since using this product. Ensure premise sanitation is maintained on a daily basis and areas of moisture / standing water area cleaned to further prevent future pest activity.
