Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # FEMI-CUXQ9J of Aug-22-2023 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: -Hand washing sink in sushi prep- bar- kitchen was used for food prep at time of visit. Violation tickets will be considered. Correction: - NO food prep ( washing/rinsing foods ) to be done in handwashing sink -Handwashing sink must be used ONLY for handwashing -Provide paper towel dispenser at hand washing sink in sushi prep area

Good improvement with regard to cleaning. Following are still outstanding: *** Sushi bar sink: provide a paper towel dispenser- No food prep in this sink- install a food prep sink in the sushi prep area or a designated hand washing sink *** List of menu is to be revised - facility does not have enough space for all the menu item- revise and remove items and send a copy of the revised menu via email to the area inspector ***Gradual renovation is required- propose a plan with time line (sushi bar area and area around ice machine, hand washing sink and cabinets are priority *** Back door screen: must be fully sealed to the floor- to be corrected before the next visit. Send a response to rectify the above to the area inspector no later then Friday Aug 25-2023 ( via email)
