Corrections made: - Low temperature dishwasher - final rinse water measured 100ppm chlorine with max. temperature at 48.7C - Papertowel with dispenser installed at the handsink located next to dishwasher. Handsoap available to the side. - Splashguard installed around the handsink - Storage room organized - More lighting installed at the back - Revised floor plan received Corrections required: - Ensure shelving units are 6 inches off the floor - Rodent droppings still observed inside the storage room. Clean and sanitize - Complete the flooring work underneath the prep cooler There should be no gap or exposed concrete on the floor. Ensure flooring are aligned & leveled. Permit not granted at this time. Operator to contact the undersigned after completing all corrective actions.
