Observation: Two hand wash stations are unable to supply hot water. Operator explains that the boiler is not supplying hot water due to the high demand of the dishwasher and the other working sink.
Correction: Both hand wash sinks must supply sufficiently hot water in order for employees to adequately wash their hands. Use the 1 available sink for hand washing until the other sinks are supplied with hot water.
Date to be corrected by: 1 day
