Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was unlabelled.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all chemicals are properly labelled to identify their contents to prevent accidental mixing and/or misuse of chemicals. Check labels regularly and relabel as needed. Spray bottle was labelled at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Minimal amounts of foods prepared on-site.
-Domestic refrigerator/freezer was at 2C/-18C.
-Accurate thermometer available in refrigerator. Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the domestic NSF/ANSI 184 dishwasher.
-2-compartment sink shared with handwashing. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-2-compartment sink has a sink plug and bleach sanitizer available.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was tested at 200ppm.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the found and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator. Continue to monitor for pests and contact pest control as needed.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until June 8, 2024.
