Observation: *REPEAT* (Since August 2023) Handwashig station by sweets obstructed by wheeled cart and shelf.
Previously corrected issue has reoccurred.
Discussion with staff on making this handwashing station the primary handwashing station for front of house. As the sink is, this is not possible.
Corrective Action(s): Path to handwashing station needs to be clear and unobstructed for use.

Observation: 1. Handwashing station by sweets did not have hot running water nor hand soap during inspection.
2. Handwashing stations (Front of House) had cups in basin at start of inspection

3. Handwashing station (Kitchen) not equipped with paper towels at start of inspection
**Corrected during inspection** Staff replaced empty paper towel dispenser during inspection.
4. Handwashing station located behind heavily soiled curtain. Staff must handle curtain after washing hands to access main dining area and kitchen.
Correction: 1. Contact plumber to assess. All handwashing stations must have running hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.

Routine inspection conducted. The following observations have been made:

Facility operator has provided a revised floor plan August 2023, but facility is no longer set up as per approved floor plan; additional changes have been made to facility since the last inspection (August 2023) without approval. All changes to facility must be approved before construction can start.
A copy of the proposed floor plan must be submitted approval prior to making further changes to facility. Progressive enforcement action will be taken should plans not be approved by February 1, 2024.

Most food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

No pest activity observed at time of inspection
