Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quat sanitizer bucket at the front measured approximately 50 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Replace sanitizer and ensure wiping clothes are cleaned and wrung well or use new wiping clothes. Excess water will dilute the sanitizer.

Observation: Ambient temperature of the undercounter cooler was measuring approximately 9-10°C. The temperature dial was accidently adjusted during cleaning.
Corrective Action(s): Adjust temperature so it is maintaining temperatures of 4°C or less. If temperature does not come down, arrange for repairs. Do not store any perishable foods in this cooler until it is able to maintain temperatures of 4°C or less
