Non-Critical Hazards: Total Number: 2
305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
Observation: 1) Back kitchen door leading to the exterior has not been fixed and is constantly propped open because students do not ensure it is fully closed
2) Back door leading to the interior hallway does not have a door sweep flush to the floor

Violation Score: 3

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Old rodent droppings were observed in locations noted on previous inspection report. 2 students were instructed to sweep the dry storage room, but the old rodent droppings, wrappers, and lids were not entirely sweeped up.
