Foodstored off the ground and covered. 3 Compartment sink available for manual dishwashing and QUATs at dispenser at 200ppm. QUATs solution in spray bottle at 200ppm. General sanitation and maintenance is satisfactory. Rentokil Pest control completes weekly visits.
