- Clean and sanitize the inside of the ice machine including the lip of the ice making end.
- Turn on the ice machine for ice making
- Include it on your regular cleaning schedule. Clean and sanitize ice machine every two weeks

- Handwashing station in washroom and kitchen are stocked with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
- All coolers (prep) and storage coolers at back are less than 4C
- Chest freezer is less than -18C
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50 ppm chlorine residual at plate's level
- Sanitizer solution bucket at the back and spray bottle at the front are measured at 100ppm chlorine concentration
- No signs of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- Food Storage practices are satisfactory
- Ventless deep fryer is maintained in sanitary condition, no grease residue observed.
