Follow up visit with regard to cockroaches issues at the facility. On site manager is aware of the issue and has a contract with pest control professional (Tri-cities pest detective) once per week. - Inspection verified present of cockroaches in several areas. - No foods to be left in opened bags -Deep cleaning and sanitizing is required for the entire facility including inside and outside of all equipment and all sinks. A copy of inspection report will be provided.
