Introduction

An unscheduled follow-up inspection to Routine Inspection # SMIA-CKYN83 dated November 08, 2022 was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care & Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSP). The previous outstanding contraventions were assessed for compliance.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

At the inspection dated December 07,2022 there were six children, two staff and the Manager present. Licensing conducted a walk-through of the entire facility. Licensing found all the contraventions identified in the Routine Inspection # SMIA-CKYN83 were addressed.
Following was discussed with the Manager:
