Routine inspection conducted:
- All coolers are 4C or below
- All freezers are -18C or below
- Hand wash station has hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Frozen seafood products were observed thawing in cold running water
- 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer available inside spray bottles and at the dispenser by the 3 compartment sink
- No signs of pest activity at time of inspection
- General sanitation of the facility is satisfactory
