Corrective Action(s): Staff stated sanitizer solution is changed every 2 hours, and buckets were due to be changed.
Ensure to monitor the time for changing sanitizer solution buckets. 200 ppm Quats detected after solution was changed.

- 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing
- Walk-in freezer temperature satisfactory
- Walk-in cooler at 2C; prep cooler at 2C; beverage cooler containing milk at 4C
- Hot held items were all measured to be above 60C
- Accurate thermometers available
- Ice machine was maintained in sanitary condition, scoop properly stored
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- General sanitation good
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
