Ensure fan within walk-in coolers are cleaned routinely to prevent accumulation of dust/debris.

Notes:
-All hand-sinks had the following: liquid soap, paper towel and hot/cold water.
-Sanitize spray bottles and quats dispenser found at 200ppm quats
-Exhaust hood service due date is Jan 2018
→Ensure servicing is up-to-date.
-All coolers and freezers found at 4°C or less and -18°C or less respectively
-Walk-in coolers are organized and food is covered
-Food is stored 6 inches or greater above ground
-Storage room, beverage coolers locked at time of inspection
-High temperature dishwasher turned off at time of inspection.
