Observation: A white powdery substance was observed on the floor near the chest freezer and below the shelf with spaghetti noodles. The staff member could not identify the substance.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the floor to remove the white substance; Correct by tomorrow. Note: Ensure that chemical bait is not used inside the food premises. Only use sticky traps and/or mechanical devices to capture pests.

Cooler containing eggs was 4 degrees C or less.
Pop cooler was above 4 degrees C however is only being used for pop.
Chest freezers were -18 degrees C or less.
