Follow up inspection: -Pest control reports dated April 4, 2023 and April 17, 2023 from Atlas Pest & Wildlife Control Ltd. were available. -Pest control report dated April 4, 2023 indicated avert dry flowable formula 1 (active ingredient abamectin) was used to target german cockroaches. -Dead cockroaches previously observed in traps had been removed. -Monitor for signs of pest activity and continue with pest control measures to eliminate cockroaches. Continue to clean and sanitize prep. surfaces before and after each use and ensure food remains protected from any potential contamination. -Repairs had been made to prevent the leak at the handsink located near the stand mixer.
