Observation: -Double inserting practices in use in grill drawer cooler. Food noted 4 C at time of inspection.
-Smaller portion of food being stored in small insert and stored in large drawer cooler insert. Drawer insert noted 1 C during inspection
Corrective Action(s): Ensure food is stored in primary insert and avoid double inserts were possible. This is especially a concern if cooler unit is struggling to maintain a temp of <= 4 C. Continue to monitor unit.
