Comments

-Recommend purchasing new chlorine test strips, since they have expired in 2021. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. The one door refrigerator in the front and the under counter cooler in the back were not in use during the inspection. All freezers were < -18 C. Reviewed food preparation practices and the menu with the operator. No advance preparation takes place. Sink plugs available for use at the 3-compartment sink. Sanitizer solution had 100 ppm chlorine. No evidence of pests. General sanitation was satisfactory.
