302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One labeled spray bottle of quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer was measured at 100 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer bottle was emptied, refilled, and tested at 200 ppm quats. Ensure that sanitizer is maintained at concentrations required for effective sanitizing (e.g. 200 ppm quats). Ensure that sanitizer solution is changed as often as needed to maintain these concentrations.
Violation Score: 5

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No liquid hand soap available at hand sink located within chicken walk in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Hand soap provided for above-noted hand sink. Ensure that at all times, all hand sinks are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels in order to facilitate proper hand washing.
Violation Score: 5

Non-Critical Hazards: Total Number: 1
308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: Small leak was observed at the base of the faucet for the hand sink located next to three compartment sink. Pooling water was observed on the floor near the hand sink; however, it was unclear at the time of inspection whether the pooling water was caused by the leak. The hand sink located near the walk in freezer is also leaking at the base of the faucet (smaller leak).
Corrective Action(s): Pooling water was mopped. Ensure faucets are tightened and/or repaired as necessary in order to stop water leakage. Date to be corrected by: August 16, 2019.
Violation Score: 3
