The following items have been corrected/observed: -->No partially cooked or cooked items leaving at room temperature -->Hot and cold running water available at all handsinks in kitchen -->Oil boxes are now stored above ground -->Rodent droppings have been removed. Continue to monitor for pest activity and follow recommendations suggested by pest control company. New observation: Hot water tap was turned off from the bottom at handsink outside dry storage room. Hot water MUST be available at all times. Correction order issued.
