Observation:
1) Bottom drawer of pizza cooler is collecting water from a leak in the unit
2) Cooling unit by the pasta station is not able to maintain 4C at all times; staff have been adding ice to ensure that temperatures are 4C or below
3) Handsink by the walk-in cooler leaking water
4) Plastic insert in the ice machine is cracked
Corrective Action(s):
1) Remove foods from bottom drawer and ensure that leaking water is cleaned; have leak repaired
2) Have cooling unit serviced
3) Repair leak
4) Repair crack to prevent pieces of plastic from falling into the ice in below
