Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted 3 live cockroaches in the kitchen by the grease trap and the shelf above.
Corrective Action(s): Directed the operator to clean and sanitize all corners and equipment during the inspection. The store was closed for 1 hour to fully clean the kitchen.
-Call the pest control service to inspect thoroughly.
-The pest control technician will visit today.
