Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed buckets of rice, raw fish, potatoes, onions stored on the floor in the back hallway. Observed used vegetable dicer machine being used to chop onions in the back hallways.
Corrective Action(s): All food must be stored at least 6inches off the ground and in the kitchen area to prevent possible food contamination. Staff to prepare food inside the kitchen and not out the back hallway to ensure safe handling of food. Corrected by: Immediately.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw fish observed to be thawed under room temperature sinse yesterday, April 8, 2022, in the back hallway outside the premise.

Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize underneath the gas stove area and underneath the storage racks in the walk-in cooler to prevent possible pest harbourage.
