A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: -Cooler was 4C; freezers were -14C or colder; and thermometers present. -All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves. -No expired foods for sale. -Sanitation level is good. No spilt food or accumulation of dust. -No signs of pests. -Ensure all food packages have labels. Found three bags of frozen empanadas where the labels have fallen off in the freezer. Re-stick on bags, or make new ones. All in order. Keep up the good work.
