Milk container for coffee machine still cannot maintain at 4 or colder. Milk measured at 12.9C today was discarded.
Operator shall be taking milk from bar cooler and using independent milk frother for drinks that need milk.
All foods were properly covered in prep cooler and walk-in cooler, foods stored off the ground. Remember to place shipment away as soon as you can.
Operator will refrain from using sous vide machine until new FSP is submitted. Sous vide guideline has been e-mailed to operator.
Paper towel supplied in staff washroom.
Pest control report reviewed onsite.
Meat slicer maintained.
Cannoli shells were supplied by Cannoli King, operator will be making their own cannoli shells in the future.
