Follow-up inspection conducted in regards to two coolers not achieving the required temperature. Refer to report #ATHI-C9XUPH for details. -Both coolers (prep cooler and stand display cooler) were able to achieve required temperatures. -Food was stocked in both cooler upon arrival. Staff says both coolers were repaired this morning. -Reminder to regularly check and monitor temperatures No signature required due to COVID-19
