-All hand washing stations supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-Three-compartment sink for manual dishwashing
-Quats sanitizer available, test strips used to verify concentration
-Quats in spray bottle @200 ppm
-All freezers (walk-in, undercounter) at < -18°C
-All coolers (walk-in, undercounter prep) at < 4°C
*Please ensure food inserts are not overfilled and contain adequate amount of potentially hazardous food (i.e.: cheese shreds) to maintain temperature of < 4°C.
-Foods are stored off ground 15cm. Well-organized storage of food and chemicals
-No signs of pests.
