Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene. Hand sinks have paper towels, running water and liquid soap. Hot and cold water available. 200 ppm quats in use in buckets and spray bottles. 3 compartment sink in use. Food protected from contamination. Washroom are sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks and hand driers. Temperature monitoring of holding units in use.
