- The front display cooler is fixed and measured at < or = 4C.
- You must start a temperature log for all coolers and freezers.
- No potentially hazardous food items (ie. sausage rolls, meat pies, meat foldovers) left at > 4C.
- The surface sanitizer in bucket is stored underneath the two compartment sink. The designated handwashing station is clear of any obstructions.
