Overall, facility maintained in a sanitary manner -Handwash station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water -All coolers are at or below 4C -Freezer is below -18C -Dry storage is good and clean -Low temperature dishwasher achieves 50ppm chlorine at dish level -QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle achieves 200ppm -No signs of pest activity. Operator provided most recent pest report. No concerns Note: No processing of food should be occurring at the front of the facility.
