Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quat sanitizer measured at 100 ppm for dishwashing/surface sanitizing. Corrective action: Adjust dispenser to achieve 200 ppm quats.
In the meantime, manually prepare quat solution inside of sink to achieve 200 ppm quats.
