Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # KLAI-CEYRNE of Jun-01-2022
Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Dried on debris buildup on the wall mounted potatoe slicer by the back of house prep sink.
Correction: Wash, rinse and sanitize the potato slicer and maintain in a sanitary condition after every use. Add this equipment into the sanitation plan if it's not already in the plan.

Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# 248375 and KLAI-CEYRNE
Under counter cooler noted ≤ 4C.
Internal temperature of hot food in the display hot hold units holding fried products were > 60C.
Cleanliness of the wall mounted potato slicer had improved however still noted some hard to reach areas where cleaning is required. Showed Store Manager how to clean this area and ensure going forward this area of the potato slicer gets cleaned in a safe manner to avoid any safety issue when cleaning. The hard to reach area was cleaned during the inspection.
Mop bucket noted emptied at the time of inspection.

No further follow-up required at the point.
