Observation: Rodent traps and other preventative measures observed set up throughotu facility. However, droppings still observed in following areas:
- Along back store room wall (where pallets are stored),
- Kitchenette/dishwashing area, and
- Front point of sales counter.
Pest control company has been contracted and are monitoring situation.
Corrective Action(s): Please follow instructions from pest control company to eliminate pest hazards. Recommended to declutter what can be decluttered.

Observation: Pest screen of back door does not have a door sweep/weather strip. Pests can potentially enter through the gap under the door.
Corrective Action(s): Install door sweep/weather stripping to seal door properly. Light should not be visible coming in from the outside on properly sealed doors.

2 compartment sink available for washing and sanitizing utensils.
3 meat slicers was in a sanitary condition Operator disassemble the slicer, clean and sanitize with 200ppm bleach after each use or between meat and cheese.

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

General:
Overall sanitation of facility satisfactory
Randomly checked the Best Before Date for fish and other canned foods. All in good condition; no dented / bulky cans.
