Descaling still required in dishwasher

Dishwasher tested at 76.1C at plate surface during rinse cycle. Operator has a max/min thermometer on hand. Be sure to check your dishwasher routinely for rinse temperature - internal temperature must reach a minimum of 71C. Please note that if this becomes a repeat issue and you are not monitoring your dishwasher and taking the necessary actions, further enforcement action will follow (i.e. closure order).

Hand washing sink in kitchen has been equipped with mounted paper towel dispenser
