- Cookline coolers measure 4C; coolers to be replaced in near future
- If coolers are unable to maintain 4C during rushes, use an ice bath to keep foods at 4C or colder during rushes and do not store foods overnight
- Bar glasswasher dispensed 100ppm chlorine; staff stated that the concentration is to be adjusted to 50ppm chlorine
- Tap replaced for hot water at handsink near cookline
- Paper towels available at handsink
