Back area hand sink faucet is no longer leaking water.
High temperature dishwasher measured 72 degrees C at the utensil surface.

Note: Dishwasher temperature should be checked routinely (e.g. daily) to verify that minimum sanitizing temperature is being achieved:

For sanitizing, 71 degrees C (160 degrees F) is the required minimum temperature that must be reached at the utensil surface / 82 degrees C (180 degrees F) is the required minimum temperature for the rinse water, as per manufacturer's specifications.

Do not use an infrared thermometer to check temperatures as this does not accurately or reliably reflect the highest temperature achieved. A waterproof minimum/maximum registering probe thermometer can be used to verify the temperature achieved at the utensil surface (minimum required: 71 degrees C).

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Environmental Health Officer.
