Follow up to report MBEK-CXMV9X. - Hand washing stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Dispenser noted on previous report is functional. - Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available at 200 ppm in the third (sanitizing) compartment and in labeled spray bottles (200 ppm quats) - Functional probe thermometer available on site. - Preparation cooler measured 2 degrees C (upper food inserts and below). - Dispenser for front hand washing station was relocated to the right (on the wall directly behind the sink basin) to prevent it from potentially being obstructed by items.
