Handsinks in the kitchen, front coffee table, and staff washroom were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Cooler was at or below 4 degrees C / 40 degrees F (actual temperature: 2.3 degrees C) and it was equipped with a thermometer.
Freezer component of refrigeration unit and chest freezer in the second room was at or below -18 degrees C / 0 degrees F.
At least 50 ppm chlorine residual was available after the dishwasher final rinse.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the bucket with wiping cloths.
Food storage areas were clean and organized.
No signs of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection.
