Observation: No paper towels available at the handsink. The owner was not on site and other operators at the comissary kitchen were unable to find new stocks.
Correction: Ensure that handsinks are always equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. New stocks shall be in good supply.

Owner/operators not on site during inspection though multiple sublessors on site to provide access and report emailed to owner/operator.
*Evidence of covid safety measures in place including hand sanitizer present at entrance, instructions for lessors of premise to take body temperature prior to entering premise with provided thermometer and what to do with results. No copy of covid safety plan onsite or posted on website for review. Submit a copy of covid safety plan to undersigned for review (templates available on worksafebc.com website for reference). Due: Jan 29, 2021.
