On Oct 26, 2021, Licensing received a complaint regarding care and supervision. The allegations included the following details: - Personal safety concerns - Medical assessments not being completed - Dietary needs not being addressed All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from records, policies and procedures, inspection, and emails. The following contraventions were determined: Residential Care Regulation RCR s.34650 - RCR s.81(3)(c)(ii) - A care plan must include all of the following: (c) a nutrition plan that (ii) specifies the nutrition to be provided to the person in care, including the requirements of any therapeutic diets. |
