302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 0ppm of quats was measured at the 3-compartment sanitizing sink. Sink was in use at the time of inspection as it was filled with juice blender. Corrective Action(s): A 200ppm quat solution was prepared at the time of inspection. Ensure a sanitizing solution is properly prepared prior to use. Violation Score: 5

Staff claimed that the dispenser had just felled off. Correction: Ensure hand washing station is equipped with hot.cold water, paper towels, and liquid soap at all times.
