Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 0ppm of quats was measured at the 3-compartment sanitizing sink. Sink was in use at the time of inspection as it was filled with juice blender.
Corrective Action(s): A 200ppm quat solution was prepared at the time of inspection. Ensure a sanitizing solution is properly prepared prior to use.
