Introduction

A unscheduled follow-up inspection to Routine Inspection # SMIA-CDVPHQ dated April 26, 2022 was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care & Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSP).

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated May 27, 2022 Manager was present. There were no children present during this inspection.Licensing conducted a walk-through of the entire facility. Licensing found all the contraventions identified in the Routine Inspection # SMIA-CDVPHQ were addressed. A copy of the inspection report was provided to the Manager. The details of the inspection report was reviewed with the Manager prior to writing the report.
