-Hand-sinks fully-equipped with soap and paper towels
-All temps of fridges and freezers met health requirements
-Coolers and freezers temps are logged
-Hair nets, hard hats, rubber boots, coats worn in the plant. Disposable gloves also worn and change regularly.
-Cleaning crew cleans and sanitizes at the end of shift, used foaming stations and sanitizer
-Hydrogen Peroxide used for sanitizing.
-Discussed expansion of packaging room, wash room will be smaller. Plans have been approved.
