2) Sanitation:
-General sanitation satisfactory during inspection.
-Handsinks at front service kitchen and staff washrooms equipped with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water.
-Chemical dishwasher measured 100ppm chlorine residual at plate surface.
-Sanitizer bottles (6) measured at 200ppm QUATS.
-Sanitizer dispenser dispensed 200ppm QUATS.
-Drink dispenser knobs in good sanitary condition.
-Ice machine in good sanitary condition with ice scoop placed outside the machine.
-Glasswasher iodine concentration measured at 25ppm at glass surface.
-2-compartment sink available with drain plugs for manual warewashing.

3) Storage:
-All foods are observed covered and at least 6 inches off the ground.
-Time stamps used on food containers (proper practice of first-in-first-out method).
-Janitorail area with chemicals stored away from foods.

4) Pest Control:
-No sign of pests during time of inspection.
-Facility monitored by Ecolab and reports are available on premises.

5) Personnel:
-Staff observed practices proper handwashing techniques.
-Hair nets are worn by all kitchen staff.
-Personal items are stored away from food preparation /cooking area.

6) Administration:
-Foodsafe Level 1 trained staff on premises during inspection (expires Nov 6, 2022)
-Operating permit visible during inspection.

7) COVID-19:
-Dine-in has re-opened as of yesterday.
-Maximum occupancy limit posted for area, dining area and patio.
-All staff observed wearing masks.
-Tables are sanitized between each party and sign labelled "sanitize" is present on tables.
-Sanitizer available to public at front entrance.
