On May 16, 2022, Licensing received a complaint alleging concerns with care and supervision. The complainant provided the following details: - The family was not made aware of the multiple falls the PIC sustained. All areas of the complaint were thoroughly investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews, correspondence with the facility, and inspection. The following contraventions were determined: Residential Care Regulation - Section RCR 85(1)(d) - Policies and Procedures Residential Care Regulation - Section RCR 76(1) - Notification of illness or injury |
