-walk-in cooler was 3C -walk-in freezer was -15c - upright freezer was -19C - prep cool was 4C -hand sink had liquid soap, paper towel hot and cold water -spray bottles had 200 Ppm chlorine -chlorine onsite for sanitizing -no signs of pest activity noted during inspection -general Sanitation is satisfactory Note: premises using wooden trays as per head office, not allowed as per permit restrictions Cutting guide and knife are washed and sanitized every 30 mins,may need to purchase another set to help
