-Sandwich prep cooler was at 3C (top) and 4C (bottom).
-Back upright cooler was at 4C.
-Egg under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Front under counter cooler by drive-thru area was at 4C.
-Dairy dispensers (3) ranged from 2C to 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -15C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C. Hot foods were cooked to greater than 74C prior to hot holding.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer was prepared at 200ppm.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pails were labelled and tested at 200ppm. Sanitizer pail changed every 2 hours - time stamp present on sanitizer pails.
-Slicer was found to be clean and sanitary.
-Ice capp mixing attachment sanitized in 200ppn Quats sanitizer after each use.
-Mixing spoon stored on ice.
-Ice machine was clean and sanitary. Ice scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until October 23, 2025.
