Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Facility has 2 separate 3-compartment sinks. Only 1 sink plug was available for both of the 3-compartmen sinks. To follow the wash, rinse, and sanitize method in accordance with the 3-compartment sink method, sufficient sink plugs must be available. Staff member purchased new sink plugs at the time of inspection.
Old encrusted food debris was noted on the potato presser. Ensure presser is properly washed and sanitized after use.

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:

Front hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
200ppm quats available for use in labeled spray bottle.
Roller type hot holding units for hot dogs and taquitoes was at least 60C internally.
Hot dog condiments cooler at 4C
Larger hot holding case for potato wedges and deep fried chicken products were at least 60C.
Smaller hot holding case with pizza and boneless chicken at 60C
Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review.

Retail area clean and organized.
Ice cream freezer at or below -18 degrees C.
Walk in cooler with self serve sections at 4C.
Food products within best before dates.


Back food preparation area hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
200ppm quats dispensed at 3 compartment sink.
Upright cooler with raw chicken dated and at or below 4 degrees C.
Upright freezer at -15 degrees C.
